1.      All products are subject to seasonal and market availability. In the event of any supply difficulties due to some reason beyond our control, FlowerDeliveryBangalore.in reserves the right to substitute with the product of equivalent value and quality with or without notice to sender or receiver. However, we try all possible ways to contact both the parties.

2.      We may try to deliver your order on the same day, but we cannot guarantee about the stipulated time of delivery, regardless of any request otherwise. On time delivery of some of the Gift items such as Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, and Apparels etc may not be guaranteed wherein logistics are involved although we dispatch them well on time. We are ready to bear responsibility of delay made from our end but we cannot take the responsibility of delay made at the logistic partners end. 

3.      Free order delivery is made within the city limits. But for delivery at some remote locations of towns or villages and locations which are beyond city limits, a link will be sent for paying extra delivery charges, if required. Your order will be kept on hold, till such time we receive any update from your end within 5 days.  

4.      For same day delivery, order is to be placed before 4 pm IST. If the order is placed after 4 pm IST, we would try to deliver your order on the same day. But, if it is not delivered the same day, it would be delivered the very next day. For any urgent order placed beyond scheduled time, a phone call from your end would be appreciated so that we may try to get it delivered the same day.  

5.      Cancelation of an already placed order has to be done at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. In all such cases, 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses. Further, any modification in order can be done only 1 day prior to date of delivery, between 8 am to 8 pm.

6.      If any order is placed without mention of delivery date, we assume it to be for same day delivery and process and dispatch the order within 24 hours.

7.    To ensure freshness, bakeries make ready Cakes only after 10.30 AM. So, all cake orders can be delivered after that time only. If any early delivery request is made by the customer, we may procure Cake one day in advance and keep it in refrigerator. But we do not advise this in normal course.

8.      FlowerDeliveryBangalore.in reserves the right to cancel any order without providing any reason regardless of whether the payment has been confirmed. Payment for cancelled order will be refunded and the user will be informed about the same.

9.      Before every hand delivery of perishable commodities, we try and call the receiver to check their availability at shipping address. If the customer is not traceable or they refuse to receive the product or not available at shipping address, we consider the order to be delivered as mentioned products such as Floral Bunch or Cakes being perishable in nature cannot be preserved after they are sent out for delivery. Also no refund will be applicable in all such cases.

10.  MRP quoted at our website is inclusive of cost of our services, delivery and online transaction cost and due to technical difficulties their breakups cannot be shown separately.

11.  If FlowerDeliveryBangalore.in is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. But we shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery of product.

12.  For non receipt of payment for already processed or delivered order, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the due amount. In case both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to make the payment, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the due amount. Further, if any Octroi or similar Charges is levied by the state of the recipient, this additional charge shall be borne by the consignee.

13.  In case any customer wants to lodge a complaint against the quality of product, he may do so within 48 hours along with the image of products delivered justifying the reason for complaint. On the basis of nature of complaint, we may reconsider the delivery of order or refund the amount, but it is solely on the discretion of the website owner.  Under no circumstances, the claim amount will be more than the full value of the product ordered.

14.  In case of Heavy Rains/Earthquakes/Strikes or such unforeseen events, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

15.  If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, premises being closed, receiver phone number is wrong, receiver not reachable over phone or receiver refuse to accept the order, we will consider the order to be delivered.

16.  Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.

17.  The various logos or Trademark of products sold on our website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of such Logo or Trademark.

18.  For any international delivery sent through courier, extra custom charges levied by the custom department of recipient's country will have to be borne by the customer itself and we shall not be liable for the same.

19.  We are liable to dispatch all consignments as per your orders & but we shall not be liable for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at your end.

20.  Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court of Siliguri, West Bengal.

21.  We do not sell any product which contains Alcohol or its by-product.

22.  Our merchant HDFC Bank shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

23.  Due to heavy traffic during Rakhi, all Rakhi orders will be delivered at the earliest even though delivery date is mentioned in the order. 

24.  For delivery of items at Hostels, Hotels or Hospitals, we may not assure of delivery to the recipient because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the recipient. In such case, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. We try and get in touch with the recipient, if the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any such locations. But for any reason, if the phone goes unanswered, we consider it an attempted delivery.

25.  By accepting our T&C, you also accept to receive all our communication matters, notification, newsletters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels. However, we confirm that we do not give any customer data to any agency outside the group.

26. No refund can be made wherein recipient has refused to accept the delivery of the order.
